In 1993, the Saratoga-Capital District MLS was first computerized and began keeping records and according to their official stats I have closed roughly 600 homes and properties but some of my best sales are not reflected in those numbers with an additional 100 or so homes sold prior to the MLS becoming digitalized. For more than 3 decades, I have averaged about 20 sales per year, consisting of sellers, buyers and investors.
