As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better realtor. Jessie is knowledgeable and relatable. We started our process back in June right in the middle of this crazy market and if that wasn’t enough our desired area is a known tough market for buyers. But Jessie made the whole process as smooth as possible. She got us on the right track and mindset from the beginning. Every question was answered timely and whatever she did not know right away she soon found out and got back to us. There were a few bumps on the road but she navigated everything very well. She was there with us when we had to back down of an offer because the inspection brought major structural issues. She Advised us on how to apply for our mortgage, on a good attorney to oversee all the paperwork. On a great home inspector that made us feel confident with our ultimate purchase. When we did find our forever home it was a For sale by owner, which really meant more work for Jessie. But she never dropped the ball. She worked with the seller to figure our details even after they had moved out of state. Buying a house can be overwhelming and there are so many details! We are happy we had Jessie to guide us throughout this process. And we would recommend her services to anyone who wants to make the home buying/ selling experience much easier on themselves. We hope to stay at our new home for many years but if we ever decide it is time to sell, we already know Jessie is our go to realtor.
